Not much code here... we just applied a few revisions from etpub :

rev 1734 (fixed a bug where ending a spree with a teamkill, would play SK sound) : applied
rev 1735 (added g_voting flag 8) : applied
rev 1736 (added g_privateMessageSound which plays a sound on receiving a PM) : applied and added a default sound
		from Gaim : sound/misc/gaim_pm.wav
