Not much code here... we just applied a few revisions from etpub :

rev 1712 (fixed a bug with multikill messages delay - see http://www.etpub.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?21170) : applied
rev 1713 (someone who is kicked for reaching the max amount of warnings is now kicked for 120 secs) : applied but will be modified in the next rev
rev 1714 : NOT applied because it's just a fix that revert stuff we didn't apply in rev 1713
