No code here... we just applied a few revisions from etpub :

rev 1680 (implemented g_weapons 1 : no binoc for FOps if battlesense < 1) : applied
rev 1681 (bugfix : medic would always get adre when reaching lvl 4 even if disabled) : applied
rev 1682 (documentation typos) : NOT applied since it only concerns the documentation
rev 1683 (fixed a small display bug about !help) : applied
rev 1684 (fixed tons of über-minor display bugs in shrubbot commands) : applied
rev 1685 (added g_noVoteTime) : applied
